I've had a very good experience with BMW of Meridian so far. The people are friendly and helpful, and they could repair my car quickly every time I brought it there, even when I had a bigger transmission problem. The repairs are a bit expensive and an independent repair shop might be cheaper, but for the extra money you also get an extra expertise - after all, the people here work on BMWs every day. Plus, if you own a BMW, you're most likely used to rather expensive maintenance.

I had to have 2 new tires put on my 2024 BMW X5. Everytime I called or emailed, I was always treated with courtesy and respect by Wyatt. He always returned my phone call or email in a timely manner if he wasn't available. Wyatt had to order the tires but made an appointment for me and my husband went on the morning of the appointment and the tires were there and they were replaced and he was back out the door.
