Typically when my car is serviced, they, at the minimum, vacuum my car, etc. They brought it back (after I had spent $2700.00) and it appears they didn't even check it over. The car was not vacuumed, wiped, etc.. and my windshield wiper is has rubber hanging from it. I would have thought they would at least check the wipers and other basic things. Highly disappointed.

I've had a very good experience with BMW of Meridian so far. The people are friendly and helpful, and they could repair my car quickly every time I brought it there, even when I had a bigger transmission problem. The repairs are a bit expensive and an independent repair shop might be cheaper, but for the extra money you also get an extra expertise - after all, the people here work on BMWs every day. Plus, if you own a BMW, you're most likely used to rather expensive maintenance.
