I am concerned about feedback from servicemen who do not follow through when there are issues with my car like factory warranty paint and repairs, and I never get a response on my questions or concerns like my paint peeling off my car. I was told by one of the servicemen on the date I came in for service that they had submitted pictures ( I had sent in pictures weeks ago) of my car's paint issues, and that he would contact me this week.
